PROJECT MANAGEMENT
With over 25 years' experience With over 25 years’ experience KCE provides complete professional design and construction project management services utilizing a unique design and implementation integrated delivery protocol for industrial and commercial projects, including master planning and site development, facility layout logistics, and building systems. Services include expertise in overall project management including financial justification, budget development and control, scoping, professional design and design coordination, definition and analysis of vendor bid packages, construction start-up and administration, turn over and project close-out.

PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING DESIGN
KCE provides cost effective mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection (or complete MEP/FP package) professional design solutions for owners, architects, general contractors, and sub-contractors. We are dedicated to remain flexible and tailor the design solution to meet the needs of the client, and are accustomed to working in a design-build environment.  We often partner with general contractors or sub-contractors promoting design-build, providing reliable design services for any size project. With experience in both consulting and project management, our services also include coordination with the utility provider, construction estimating, scheduling, and project monitoring.

 ELECTRICAL DESIGN SERVICES ALSO INCLUDE:
-Solar PV integration, peak-shaving in power generation, motor control centers, lightning & grounding protection, NEC Class I, Division I systems, pro-audio, and DMX lighting

 MECHANICAL DESIGN SERVICES ALSO INCLUDE:
-Process piping, instrumentation and controls systems (including PLC/MMI programming, specification, cabinet design, P&ID)
-Process and equipment layouts and specifications (including flammable and non- flammable liquids, aerosols, and powder handling) batching, product transfer, packaging systems
-Bulk and palletized storage and bulk unloading systems for flammable liquids, aerosols and their propellants, and dry products (including silo storage, interior and exterior tank farms w/secondary and tertiary containment, footings/foundation, access/safety mezzanines), warehousing and shipping/receiving
